Should you be new to our tracking system, a user guide is below. The approach really is straightforward and reliable:
Activating Your Tracker
Just a case of pressing one, clearly marked button. Tracking is live for you and data will be available for location, temperature, humidity, sudden movement, or light entering the consignment.
Adding To Shipment
For stable readings, make sure the tracker is fastened securely to the cargo, whether inside a container, pallet or parcel. Place near to the containing material, so light entry can be monitored.
After Shipment Arrives
Simply open the container and detach the tracker. A degree of care makes sense but the trackers are made for use in a shipping environment and are not fragile, or awkward to handle.
Deactivating The Tracker
The same process as activation, press one button and the tracker ceases operation. This does not mean your data up to that point will be lost, just the end of the monitored journey.
Returning The Tracker
Across much of the globe, you can safely post the Dynamic tracker back, with no cost for postage. In the few places where this is not possible, arranging for collection is a brief process.
